We cannnot overstate the importance of adhering to a sound diet plan.  Like most leaders in the nutritional field, we agree that five to six small meals a day, consisting of whole foods, is the optimal way to eat.  There are many great links on the internet for you to access further information on nutrition and we strongly encourage you to do so.
