Located in Brentwood, Tennessee, the Keep Your Balance studio offers personal training to people seeking balance in their lives.  Clients benefit from a variety of activities:  lifting, flexibility, and, yes, even balance exercises.  We incorporate a taut weight program, an invigorating cardio-respiratory program, and both flexibility and balance.  A Keep Your Balance body is one that is strong, well proportioned, and ....balanced. 

Who can benefit at the Keep Your Balance studio?  Anyone who's gotten into the 'couch potato' rut and yet continues to pay those gym membership fees.  Anyone who needs a 'jump start' back into the fitness groove.  Anyone who's ever had a question about which exercise really works which muscle (and, no, a thousand crunches a day won't give you a flat stomach, but we can show you what will).  

What's a Keep Your Balance session like?  After an initial consultation to discuss goals and expectations, there will be a warm-up session followed by a variety of weight exercises.  Every session includes abdominal work as well as a stretching period.  Every session ends with a few minutes of relaxation. 

Keep Your Balance is 'balanced' on top of a secluded hill in the outskirts of Brentwood.  Because work is done strictly one-on-one, you are guaranteed use of equipment in a clean and friendly environment.  This is personal training at its very best. 

All trainers who work for or at the Keep Your Balance studio are certified through national organizations.  Trainers, currently, are not certified to give specific nutritional advice beyond that of any certified courses.  The best nutritional advice comes from registered dieticians and nutritionists.  Nutrition is a major component of fitness and cannot be overlooked.  Training performed at Keep Your Balance revolves around a circle of muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, and nutrition.  Optimal results will occur with dedication and persistence to all components.  We do our part and we expect you to do yours.
